At Thought Beanz, we want you to be a 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
